What Our Clients Say

Loved my experience with Courtney!! She is so knowledgeable and really helped put me back together after having my second baby. I feel better than I have since my first! Thankful for her expertise, understanding, and commitment to helping me rehab a sensitive and vulnerable area, she’s the best!!

Courtney at Ozarks Pelvic Health is amazing! I came in postpartum from laboring and an unplanned c section. All my life I have been an athlete and active. I wanted to return to working out regularly with hot yoga and weight training but I was in so much pain. When I came in, I could barely walk, and I was scared to hold my baby at night from fear of falling due to stabbing pain worse than labor in my tailbone and pain/tightness in my hips (especially the left!). (It was primarily worse at night). I had mild urinary leakage postpartum too. I honestly thought that was how life was going to be from now on. I couldn’t lay on my back. I couldn’t sit down for long periods of time. It was terrible. Now— I am taking barre and hot yoga classes 3-5x per week, daily walks, laying flat on the floor with zero pain! No urinary leakage. Not only did the Pelvic floor therapy change my life and made me feel like myself again! Courtney gave me all the tools and resources to manage any symptoms that pop up again. I also know she’s just a text away if I need some maintenance or guidance!

I only wish I had came in sooner and did pelvic floor therapy before birth! If you’re questioning if you should, just do it. I would have never felt normal again without it!
